Action Over Intention
Good intentions matter, but execution determines whether anything changes.
The Manifesto
The world does not only need more good ideas. It needs people who can execute them.
DoGoodie exists to help people turn their abilities into useful action. Builders should be able to earn trust through real work—even when they lack elite credentials, traditional experience, or established connections.
Good intentions matter, but execution determines whether anything changes.
Trust is built through documented work and honest communication.
Failure is acceptable when experiments are responsible and documented honestly.
Technology should respect people, animals, privacy, consent, and safety.
Projects should aim for evidence, learning, useful output, behavior change, reach, or reduced suffering.
Joining is open. Roles and recognition are based on demonstrated contribution and fit.
Formal experience should not be the only route to trust. Practice makes capacity visible.
Trusted builders may occasionally be considered for scoped work when there is a real need, available resources, suitable skills, and mutual agreement.
No program, role, or challenge implies guaranteed employment, indefinite work, automatic funding, or permanent status.
The supporting layer
