Who should join?

Students, fresh graduates, self-taught builders, developers, AI and automation users, designers, creators, researchers, writers, organizers, coordinators, outreach specialists, video editors, capstone builders, experienced contributors, and people still exploring.

You do not need elite credentials. You do need respect for useful execution, consent, safety, and honest proof.

Community values

The culture we are building.

01

Build in Good Faith

Act honestly and take responsibility for the work you share.

02

Be Useful

Contribute ideas, feedback, tools, and effort that help people move.

03

Show Your Work

Document the process, the result, the failure, and the learning.

04

Fail Safely

Experiment responsibly and stop when unexpected risk appears.

05

Respect Consent

Protect privacy and ask before involving or showcasing others.

06

Keep Growing

Accept feedback, learn in public, and improve your judgment.

07

Earn Trust Through Contribution

Trust comes from useful, consistent, and responsible participation.

Community progression

Roles reflect participation and trust.

Progression is not based on XP, message counts, popularity, boosts, or automatic leveling.

Starting role

Community

Joins, accepts the standards, completes clearance, and participates in public spaces.

Active challenge

Funded Hacker

Approved to receive an experiment fund for a specific active challenge.

Eligible completion

Impact Hacker

Completes and submits eligible work with acceptable proof.

Trust role

Core Builder

Demonstrates useful work, judgment, reliability, communication, and responsible collaboration.

What these roles do not mean

Skill tags are self-reported interests, not verified professional credentials. Core Builder is a contributor and trust role. It is not a moderation role, employment title, or guarantee of paid work.

Core Builders may be considered for higher-trust collaboration when their skills match a real community or project need.
